REFLECTIVE WRITING WORKSHOPS
In these 90 minute workshops we will move through several facilitated writing prompts. Between each writing session there will be time to share in a safe and supportive space.
Writing workshops are a meaningful place to explore the healing powers of journaling and reflection. While I mostly hold space for those navigating grief, I can also tailor these workshops to anyone who is interested in personal and emotional growth or creative expression.
The goal is to have you feeling empowered and ready to move forward with HOPE!
